Your Instructor:
Dr. Ashley de Luna
Ashley is a naturopathic doctor and functional neurology practitioner with a deep passion for holistic, sustainable, and mindful living. She discovered yoga in 2010 and immediately felt a profound connection to the practice, later completing her 200-hour teacher training at Indie Yoga in 2013, followed by advanced studies in Ayurveda and Hatha yoga in Kerala, India in 2015.
At reUnify Yoga, Ashley serves as our anatomy expert, teaching anatomy for both our 200-hour Teacher Training and Yin Yoga Training programs. She brings a unique lens that bridges Western science with embodied awareness, helping students truly understand the body from the inside out.
Her classes and teachings focus on the subtle patterns of the body and nervous system, using the breath as a gateway to deeper self-connection. Through her work, Ashley is devoted to empowering her community with the knowledge and tools to live in alignment with their most optimal, vibrant health.
Who this is for:
• Yoga teachers looking to deepen their knowledge of anatomy
• Yoga teachers who feel unsure about injuries or modifying poses
• Yoga students who want to understand their own body better
• Anyone who has ever thought: “Why does this pose feel so different in my body?”
This is NOT a typically anatomy training where you memorize muscles. This is an applied-anatomy workshop that will help you meet your (and your students bodies) where they are.
