WELCOME TO REUNIFY YOGA-

yoga studio based in Ocean beach, san diego.

reUnify is a community of yogis; making moves to embody the most authentic version of ourselves. We are passionate about embodying the path of Yoga- from how we show up for ourselves through personal practice, to how we then show up for others in the world.

Our mission is to inspire others to seek Union within themselves. As is within, so is without. We'd like to think this would lead to a more re-unified human experience.

Movements Begin Within

We're all about teaching the traditions of the yogic path with a flavor of authenticity & relatability. Hang around and you'll notice we have a little bit of everything - teachers who offer their own unique expressions, from sweaty & active - to dreamy & chill practices, level-ups to breath work, Iyengar, philosophy & meditation, events that foster a sense of community & organized trips of community service.

We are calling upon a crew of beings that practice Yoga on and off the mat- you in?

While we gather to work through the little kinks and knots in our own physicalities through our dedicated asana practices, we realize the path of yoga is beyond the physical component.

Yogic teachings of interconnectedness inspire how we want to serve as a community. We're taking actions to show up for our global family through fundraising and service trips, as well as choosing to be justice-involved and actively create a more inclusive space.

reUnify yoga has a bigger agenda than bringing downward dog to the masses.

In honor of the traditions from which we borrow this practice, it is our responsibility to engage in reciprocity by giving back. By doing so, our actions mirror this knowing of Union.

Check out our Seva programs - we raise money through Seva memberships in order to donate to local & global nonprofits, as well as fund scholarship awards that prioritize BIPOC community members for yoga trainings + more. In addition, we organize groups of yogis for community volunteering, and eventually plan to lead service trips internationally.

In all of this realness, there is a natural drive to help our fellow humans. With this in effect, the movement grows.

Everyone’s voice gets to be heard at the table.

reUnify believes that yoga studios, classes and communities should feel safe & welcoming to EVERYONE, and we mean everyone. We are constantly learning and evolving-- informing ourselves & each other on how to be a more inclusive space. Part of co-creating an inclusive environment means having both teachers & students that are justice-involved, people of color, folx who identify as LGBTQ+, and those with disabilities. It is imperative to bring as many diverse voices into the practice as we can.

There are all sorts of different ways to unify on this Earth— it can be within and with others.

With a little breathwork and yoga philosophy sprinkled into an alignment-based asana, classes with the reUnify community open your eyes to a connection within you and around you.

This little studio wishes for each and every one of us to remember that we're a part of something bigger.

We’re here to make an impact. We’re here to learn, do the work, transform our inner world to cocreate the outer. We're here to remember we are interconnected!
