Josie Duraso

Josie Duraso (she/her) is a queer mystic, somatic therapist, and yoga teacher. She is earthy, soulful, and passionate about bringing people together to celebrate the magic of embodiment. Her teachings, rooted in eco feminism and eco spirituality, help people lovingly find freedom and home within their bodies. With close to ten years of teaching experience, Josie has taught at festivals, conferences, and universities, led retreats, and assisted and led numerous yoga teacher trainings. She completed her 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings at Happy-U Yoga Center with Karson McGinley and studied trauma-informed yoga with Hala Khouri and Kyra Haglund of Collective Resilience. When not teaching, you can find her reading in her hammock, exploring nature with her 3 dogs, and dancing under the moon with friends

Charlie Demere

With a chuckle, Charlie will tell you he is an explorer of esoteric knowledge, cosciousness, crystals, light, sound and energy. Harnessing the power of intention, alchemy, and electromagnetism through the medium of sound brings him deep fulfillment and lights his path of passion up with excitement. He uses a powerful family of harmonized crystal singing bowls as his primary medium for working with sound, light, energy, and intention. He loves creating yummy harmonies and infusing them with love - as waves of sound wash over and through you and into your deepest being.

Travelled and versed within the well worn paths of his own decades long healing journey, Charlie is naturally able to create and hold space with a genuine compassion and desire to understand and celebrate others in their journey. Grass roots community and authentic connection shared with others are two things he holds deeply in his heart and fuel the fire of his intention for harmony on Earth. A jovial journeyman who loves to savor and sip the moments up one at a time with enthusiasm. Light heartedness, renewal, celebration and laughter are ours to have as we nourish and empower the soul and move through life together. We cultivate our dreams and manifest them into reality from the vision of our heart.

henry valecillos

Henry began his yoga and bodywork journey in Caracas in 2001, earning certifications in therapeutic massage, shiatsu, and reflexology before moving to Honolulu, where he became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005. He trained extensively in Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, rehabilitation bodywork, medical massage, shiatsu, and Thai massage. His studies then took him to India for yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda training, and later to Thailand, where he completed the Thai Massage Teacher Training at ITM and studied with master teacher Pichet. Since 2011, Henry has taught Thai massage and yoga internationally, opened two yoga studios, and continues to teach and offer bodywork in San Diego.
