A Study In Chakras

You ever hear your yoga instructor name a “chakra” in class, but weren’t quite sure what they meant?

Chakras are different energy centers in the body-- you can envision them as a set of 7 spinning wheels that run along the spinal column. Each chakra is associated with different emotions, personality traits, colors, and elements. As you dive deeper into the chakras, there are ways to tell whether they are in balance.
