Bhagavad Gita Study Group
july-October 2026
The Bhagavad Gita… the song of God… the Truth sung by God… is an ancient Hindu text whose entire purpose is to present the essence of all wisdom, distilling it down into 18 chapters, that will guide the reader towards the path which leads to a direct experience with Ultimate-Eternal-Reality. Listening to God’s Truth (shravana), contemplating the meaning of God’s Truth (manana), and living God’s Truth (nidhidhyasana) is a powerful practice for experiencing Moksha (freedom from ignorance, self-realization, liberation from suffering). This 10-week course, 90 minutes each week (two topics/chapters/week) will introduce the main themes of each Yoga (chapter) and how those themes can transform your living experience.
