Join us for a heart-centered 20-hour journey into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the world’s oldest living system of healing and harmony. Over four days, we’ll explore how this timeless science can help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, restore balance, and remember your true nature.This training is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to Ayurveda or already on the path and wanting to deepen your understanding.Together we’ll weave knowledge, embodiment, and heart.

What We’ll Explore-

  • The Foundations of Ayurveda: Explore the origins of Ayurveda, the Five Elements, and the natural principles that govern health and wellbeing.

    Seasonal Living: Learn how to align your diet, daily routines, movement, and self-care with the rhythms of each season.

    Know Your Constitution: Understand your unique mind-body type (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), recognize signs of imbalance, and learn practical ways to restore harmony.

    Prakriti & Vikriti: Discover the difference between your innate constitution and your current state of balance, empowering you to make choices that support lasting health.

    Digestive Health & Agni: Strengthen your digestive fire. Learn how food, lifestyle, and daily habits influence energy, immunity, and vitality.

    Food as Medicine: Understand the energetic qualities of food through the 20 Gunas, and learn how to choose meals that support balance throughout the changing seasons.

    Building Deep Nourishment: Explore the seven Dhatus and how true nourishment creates strength, resilience, and longevity from the inside out.

    A Balanced Mind: Learn how the qualities of Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas influence your thoughts, emotions, and overall wellbeing.

    Kitchen Wisdom & Herbal Support: Discover the healing power of everyday herbs, spices, teas, and simple home remedies to support digestion, immunity, and seasonal wellness.

    Practical Ayurvedic Living: Create sustainable daily and seasonal rituals that help you feel more grounded, energized, and connected to the rhythms of nature.


Curriculum:

Day 1: Unleash Your Elemental Nature
Discover the 5 elements and the 3 doshas,  the building blocks of everything in existence. Learn how to identify your constitution (Prakriti) and notice imbalances (Vikriti). Begin syncing your inner and outer worlds through the Ayurvedic clock & aligning with nature’s flow from sunrise to sunset, season to season.

Day 2: Ignite Your Inner Fire
Explore your unique Agni, the fire of digestion, transformation, and vitality. Learn how your energy and nourishment are built through the 7 Dhatus (body tissues) and how to bring balance to your inner ecosystem through mindful eating and awareness.

Day 3: Awaken the Mind & Taste the Universe
Step into the Ayurveda of the Mind, understanding how Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas shape your emotions, thoughts, and habits. Experience the magic of Ayurvedic cooking,  tasting how flavor, color, and quality become medicine. Learn to use spices and herbs as your everyday allies for healing.

Day 4: Rise with the Sun, Recharge with the Moon
Explore Dinacharya ,the art of daily ritual,  and learn how small, steady rhythms create lasting balance. Experience Abhyanga, Ayurvedic self-massage, and explore gentle rejuvenation and cleansing practices inspired by Panchakarma. We’ll close by integrating everything you’ve learned into a modern, sustainable lifestyle that supports your unique path.Are you ready to awaken your potential, radiate vitality and harmonize with the rhythm of the universe? Meet Your Guide: Abby Flynn

Abby is a devoted Ayurvedic Counselor and Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Health and Ayurveda and over 800 hours of study in India. She continues her journey as an eternal student, always learning and deepening her understanding of this vast, living science.

After starting her own intense healing journey, Ayurveda became Abby’s greatest teacher and ally, helping her rebuild her health and trust in her body again. Her approach is tender, empowering, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone.

Through this training, Abby shares the ancient wisdom passed down by her teachers in India and blends it with modern understanding, creating an experience that’s informative, embodied, and full of heart.
