Back To The Roots
The roots of yoga stretch deep into the spiritual traditions of ancient India, where philosophy and practice were inseparable aspects of the same path. Teachings from the sacred classical texts as well as from contemporary wisdom outline a vision of human life as a journey from limitation toward liberation, using both disciplined practice and direct experience of unity. Within these texts, Tantric and Non-Dual perspectives offer ways of seeing the world where every moment—every sensation, thought, and breath—can be a doorway into the deeper reality of the Self.
The subtle body, described through nadis, chakras, and prana, forms an essential part of this understanding. Meditation practices, including self-inquiry, are used to attune awareness to this inner landscape. In many traditions, movement and art are also woven into the path—deity yoga, mythological storytelling, and classical Indian dance forms like Odissi and Bharatanatyam all serve as embodied expressions of these philosophies. Together, these elements reflect yoga’s original intent: not only to guide physical well-being, but to open the heart and mind to the fullness of our true nature.

Her teachings are a bridge between:
Ancient Texts & Lived Wisdom: Sacred and contemporary texts that come alive through dharma talks, self-inquiry, and ritual.
Subtle Body & Artful Flow: Classes weave pranic awareness, meditation, and Odissi/Bharatanatyam-inspired movement (her "Dancing Light Yoga").
Devotion in Action: Kirtan, puja ceremonies, and storytelling awaken practice as a living dialogue with the Divine.
